My journey in photography began as a teen shooting black and white film on the streets of NYC where you never know what you are going to bump into. 15 yrs. later as a working photojournalist in Washington, DC I was awarded an Emmy for my coverage of hurricane Gloria decimating the beaches of Ocean City, Maryland.  After a successful career in photojournalism I decided to return to my first love still photography and have never looked back.

In 2020 my wife Pam and I decided it was time to leave for warmer climes and move to the Florida Space Coast where we can ride our bikes, enjoy the beautiful beaches and wildlife and of course continue creating beautiful pictures.
